Why does the price on the details page display in British pounds (£) instead of U.S. dollars ($)?
This glitch occurs sometimes because our shopping cart tries to display the currency based on our servers' hosting location. Since our redundant servers are spread throughout the U.S. and Europe, it sometimes points to a European server for our U.S. customers. However, simply disregard and continue by clicking "Add to cart", and the currency displayed should correct itself back to dollars on the next screen before checkout.
Do you ship to my country ?
We currently ship to over 200 countries. During checkout, you will see a drop-down list for the country field under the billing address section. If your country appears in this list, we ship there.
Can I pay using another currency?
Yes, once on the checkout screen (after adding to cart), in the top right hand corner you can select payment in any of 5 currencies (Euros, Australian dollars, Canadian dollars, British pounds, or U.S. dollars). The charge will show up from CafePress, our publishing/distribution company.
Does Easy Money Blackjack™ work with online casinos?
Yes it does, however, please be aware that many online casinos are very loosely regulated and may engage in foul play (using rigged software programs). Please use only reputable establishments such as Bodog. They currently offer a 10% unlimited sign-up bonus.
Where else can I use the system?
You can play at any casino that offers at minimum the surrender rule. This includes casinos in Las Vegas, Reno, Macau, The Caribbean Islands, Central & South America, Asia, Europe and many other popular gambling cities around the world. The more favorable blackjack rules allowed, however, the better the payout (i.e. double on any 2 cards, resplitting aces, etc.)

Very little math indeed. Only very simple operations like dividing by 2.
How do I know my credit card information is secure?
All of the processing takes place on our publisher's (Cafe Press) server. They use secure server software (SSL) that is the industry standard and is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. The "https:" at the beginning of the url for the Checkout page means that all of your personal information is encrypted, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Can I pay with cash, personal check or a money order?
Unfortunately at this time we do not accept cash, personal checks or money orders. If you do not feel comfortable using a credit card, we now offer Paypal as an alternative payment method. Paypal is a trusted form of sending money electronically and is used by millions of companies worldwide. It's free to open an account online; just go to paypal.com.
Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil of ordering from overseas. Please do not ask us to ship your package as a gift. We can't do that. Please check with your local postal service for rates and details.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Our distributor ships anywhere in the U.S. and many countries internationally. Shipping takes 5-7 days for all orders in the US and an additional 7-10 days to International destinations. Packages in the U.S. are sent via the U.S. Postal Service and we charge a flat economy rate of $5.25 within the U.S ($7.00 International) for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item shipped together. Faster shipping options for additional cost are available on the Checkout page. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply. We are unable to grant requests to send our packages via UPS or Fed Ex, even if you want to use your own account.
How do I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
If you would like to return or exchange Easy Money Blackjack™ within 30 days, simply fill out this return request form with our distributor, Cafe Press, and they will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
